Devon & Dorset Building Management Ltd have recently been contracted by Hays Construction & Property, to assist Herefordshire Council in conducting Legionella Risk Assessments of their portfolio of properties numbering 350 approximately. DDBM Ltd are also assisting Herefordshire Council with the reviewing of their Asbestos Policy.

Devon and Dorset Building Management, Have a new Website built by World Web Designs of Taunton, Somerset. World Web Designs also give full System support to DDBM for all there computer needs. World Web Designs offer computer support and website designs and hosting service to the southwest.

Devon & Dorset has recently secured work from Wessex Water Services Ltd to update and complete in phases their Asbestos Register, which is a substantial contract as Wessex Water has approximately 4000 sites. We have also recently conducted Legionella Risk assessments for Wessex Water on several of their sites.

Devon & Dorset has recently acquired a new Client called Wells House Ltd, for whom we have conducted legionella Risk Assessments on two of their residential homes, because our surveyors are multi skilled, we were also able to advise them on asbestos issues and on how to improve their Health & Safety Management systems while these works were being conducted.

Devon & Dorset welcome two new members onto our staff; Mr. Frank Crilly as a new “Lead Asbestos Surveyor” and Miss Donna George in an administration support role, both joined our company in November 2005. They bring with them much needed resources, talents and skills and we wish them every success in their new roles.
